The storms hit and dislodged a bunch of pot holes around Alameda - unfortunately I hit one hard on NYE causing a flat tire on my poor Tesla Model S. Mohammed was a life saver - responded quickly and came out on New Year's Day. Since it was a holiday he didn't have access to his truck - but he did what he could to troubleshoot and came out again the next day (twice) to ensure the tire was no longer leaking air at no additional fee. Excellent service for a suddenly flat tire. Mohammed had my Bolt EUV tire in stock, which was shocking but such a relief. It cost $250 for the fire and to have him come out and change the tire for me right away but the alternative was to be towed by AAA to a garage that was closed and wait for the next day. It took less than 2 hours from phone call to payment. It was a rainy, dark evening and it was a relief not to have to wait for the garage to open the next day
My tires were slashed one night over the weekend, fleet auto care was responsive, nicely priced, and kind. Muhammad was so genuine and helpful. Then, right after they were fixed they got slashed again...Muhammad was quick to come back, check and make sure none of my other tires were done and replace the slashed one. Go to this guy! I noticed an air leak while running errands in the afternoon. I guessed it had to be a nail. I was looking to get a quick checkin at local tire places but they were all booked or closing.
